Female patient 32 years old sent to the emergency department. Presents: Fever and wheezing of acute onset. Respiratory distress: decreased vesicular murmur in left hemithorax, elongated expiration. Prescription: oseltamivir is administered for 5 days and the patient progresses favorably.
